Do not let fear paralyze you. Start by knowing where you are so you can determine where you want to go.
LPMP has resources with more than 15 years of experience helping each company achieve its goals and aspirations. How do we do it? With the best project managers. Our team begins by structuring a work plan to identify the achievements of your company or project. This plan includes the person responsible for completing each task, the time required to complete it, and the deadline for completion. The deliverable that evidences the achievement is also determined, along with the status and/or priority of each task according to the client’s needs.
In many cases, work plans begin to be executed, but the lack of monitoring and follow-up on specific tasks and milestones aligned with the fulfillment of each achievement is one of the main reasons companies fail to meet their goals and objectives.
New ideas, challenges, tasks, and responsibilities arise every day that can distract us from the initial purpose and lead us to a new objective that requires new tasks. And you may ask: is that bad? The reality is that it is not. However, our project managers know that the correct methodology is to return to the original plan and evaluate: Should the main scope remain the same? Should we expand the scope? Are we working on another project, or is this new idea part of the previous project? Will changes be requested using change control?
Another aspect to consider when adding scope or changing the original plan is: does this new idea have a real scope? Do we have the necessary resources to achieve it? Is this the ideal time to do it?
Do not be afraid! Our team evaluates all variables that may affect the development of the project, whether positively or negatively, and supports you in implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
To measure results, in addition to compliance with the work plan, we have evaluation mechanisms and advisory support that allow us to generate satisfaction metrics and data that provide better and greater visibility to stakeholders.
LPMP is ready to help you face these challenges, support you in implementing the project management methodology, and guide the process of identifying needs, resources, goals, and objectives.
